All orders placed on https://tradefurnish.com are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders received after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
During high volume periods (festivals, sales), processing times may extend; updates will be displayed on the website and sent via email.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email after payment and a shipping confirmation with tracking details when the order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via reliable partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Shiprocket, and India Post.
Standard shipping, express shipping, and COD options are available.
Shipping method availability and timelines may vary by product category, location, and type of order.
Express or priority shipping may be provided at additional cost.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on product weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,499 (after discounts and before taxes) within India unless stated otherwise.
Promotional offers for free shipping may be announced during select periods or for specific product categories.
For orders below the free shipping threshold, standard rates apply as shown at checkout.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times:
Metro/Urban Areas: 2-4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4-7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 5-10 business days
Some products (custom-made, larger items) may require more time; delivery estimates are shown on the product page and at checkout.
Delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen factors (weather, strikes, pandemic restrictions).
During sale or festival periods, please expect an additional 2-3 days.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas.
International shipping is currently not available.
Certain items (custom products, oversized rugs, etc.) may have shipping limitations; details are provided on relevant product pages.
If delivery is not possible to your location, our team will inform you and issue a refund.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers receive an email/SMS with the shipment tracking number.
Track your order on our website (My Account > Orders) or the carrier’s tracking portal.
If tracking details have not been received within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact customer support.
7. Delays, Damages & Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will update you and attempt to resolve the issue quickly.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will initiate inquiry with the logistics partner and issue a refund or ship a replacement.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed during festivals, adverse weather, or high volume periods.
If you receive a package with visible damage, refuse delivery or contact us immediately. For damaged or incomplete orders, please notify us within 48 hours with photos.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices on TradeFurnish are inclusive of applicable taxes for Indian customers.
There are no hidden shipment fees. Any local levies or entry taxes (by state/city authorities) are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Change of Delivery Address
Address changes can only be accepted if requested before the order status changes to “Shipped.”
Contact customer support as soon as possible to request address corrections.
10. Failed Delivery & Re-shipment
If a package is undeliverable after multiple attempts due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order will be returned to us.
Re-shipment may be available at customer’s cost of additional charges.
Refunds (minus shipping and handling fees) are issued for undelivered orders returned to our facility.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure address and contact details are accurate during checkout.
Be available at the provided address or authorize a recipient to accept delivery.
Inspect packages for damages and notify us if issues are found.
